Landmark In House Financing
Here at Landmark, we do offer In House financing. Our system is one half down payment of the total balance and the remainder over 12 months.
01 How it works
Any car that is sold on payments will come with a 1 year Lubrico Limited Superior Warranty. This is to ensure that if there happens to be any issues with the car, you're covered! All of our vehicles can be financed. The Down payment is 50% of the total cost.
This includes:
- Vehicle list price
- Documentation Service
- Taxes
- 1 Year Warranty plus applicable tax (5% GST)
- Contract Registration Service
02 Why We Do It
Most dealerships don't offer in house financing. At Landmark, we understand finanical hardships happen. Everyone of us at one point of another have been between a rock and a hard place. We want to help as much as possible. We also offer upgrades through financing. This allows customers to pay off a car, and then upgrade to a more expensive model.

04 How and When to make payments
As a general rule, we deposit payments on the 15th of the month. We are extremely flexible to your needs however, and can work with you. We take post dated cheques and deposit them a day or so after the date on the cheque itself. Short on funds? Need more time to make the payment? CALL US! We are all human too. It happens, and it's not a problem for us to hold off temporarily for you. However, if you don't tell us, and we go to deposit a cheque, there is an NSF charge from the bank. Please, always just let us know!
